The Value Creation Protocol is an open protocol for value creation in AI-native organizations - what creates value, for whom, and why.

It is published as a peer to two other context layers rather than a layer above them. MCP is the machine-context layer: how AI reaches tools, data and models. HCP is the human-context layer: intent, authority and history. VCP is the value-creation layer. Each addresses something the others do not reach.

The whole specification is readable without an account:

• The encoding stack - Lexicon, VCP-Lang and the Value Graph: the layers that compile a value statement into an addressable graph the protocol can operate on.

The protocol is platform-agnostic and anyone may build an implementation. The canonical implementation maintained by the authoring firm is named on the site.
