The Value Path
A Value-First card roguelite. Every card in the deck is drawn, searchable and readable today; the run that plays them is not built yet.
The Value Path is a card game built on the Value-First methodology, and what is finished today is the deck.
The card library is a reading room. Every card is drawn and readable at full size, and you can search and filter the whole set without an account. Each card carries the situation it puts in front of you, what it costs in attention and what it does to trust, and where it sits across the eight stages of the Value Path - Audience, Researcher, Hand-Raiser, Buyer, Value Creator, Adopter, Advocate, Champion. Alongside the game cards sit the human Pathfinders: real practitioners from the Value-First Collective, drawn as cards. Any card opens at full size, and you can download it.
Twelve traps move through the deck, each one dressed up as progress. Reading them is the point - they are the patterns that stall a real customer relationship, and seeing them as cards makes them easier to name out loud in a room.
What is not built is the run. There is no play loop yet, and no maker or publish tool. The door at thevaluepathgame.com says so in its own words, and this listing says it here, so nobody arrives expecting a game to play.
Built by the Value-First Team.
